Do I need a reservation to visit the Sabine Venues?
Reservations are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment. For peak days of the week which are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday it is recommended that you make bookings at least 14 days in advance.


How long is my booking?
All rooftop bar bookings are for a duration of two hours, with a closing time of 11:30pm.


When do you stop serving food?
Our kitchen takes its final food orders at 9:45pm.


What time do you stop taking bookings?
The venue closes at 11:30pm each night in the summer period and we accept reservations until 9:30pm, though walk-in’s are accepted until 10:30pm


I made a booking but haven’t received a confirmation. What should I do?

Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Cancellations and amendments can be made via SevenRooms. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes, this may not always be possible.
Please note: cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will incur a charge of £50 per person.


What happens if I’m late?
We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you expect to be late, please use your confirmation email to amend the booking to a late time. After 15 minutes your reservation may be cancelled and your booking marked as a no-show, which may result in a £50 per person charge. Our venue’s do not take incoming phone calls.

Can I order drinks only?
Yes, of course — you’re welcome to order drinks only please book choose the drinks only option when making your reservation.


I’m staying at the hotel. Will there be availability for me?
Sabine Rooftop Bar operates independently from the hotel. We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.


Do you accept bookings for large groups?
Bookings for 1–15 guests can be made via our website.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
Guests aged 12+ are welcome before 4pm.
After 4pm, the venue is strictly 21+.

All reservations with children aged under 21 must be booked before 2:00pm if you wish to avail of the 2-hour booking window. At 4:00pm, all guests under 21 are required to leave the venue, regardless of time of arrival.


Is there a minimum spend?
For Sabine St. Paul’s from 4:00pm onwards, all individual reservations, including bar bookings, are subject to a minimum spend of £50 per person. Please note that this requirement does not apply to walk-in guests.
The minimum spend is based on a two-hour booking. This does not apply to Sabine Holborn where there is no minimum spend.


Is there a dress code?
Our dress code is smart casual. No flip-flops.


How much notice is required to order a birthday cake?
Birthday cakes can be added during the booking process. We require at least 24 hours’ notice.


What is the Sabine Signature Club?
The Sabine Signature Club is our exclusive membership programme offering early access, updates, and special food and drink offers and 10% off every booking

How does Sabine Signature Club work?

  • Show your confirmation email (from news@leonardohotels-news.co.uk) on arrival.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Each guest in a group must be a member to receive the discount.

Can I arrange a birthday cake or special celebration item in advance?
Yes, birthday cakes can be added during the booking process, but the team requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

Can I reserve a seat on the terrace at Sabine St. Paul’s?
All our reservations are reviewed in line with seating capacity and reservations on the day. We will try to accommodate all requests, but seating allocations are not guaranteed unless this is confirmed in writing.


I cannot make a reservation for the time and date I want.
Please check other times and dates for availability, if availability shows for other times and dates, then the period you are looking to book for is full.


Do you operate a waitlist for reservations?
No, we do not operate a waitlist, though you are more than welcome to see on the day at the venue if we are accepting walk ins.


Are both venues weatherproof?
Currently only Sabine Holborn is completed covered and heated with retractable roof and glass. Sabine St. Paul’s will have this from November 2026.


What is the distance between both venues?
Both venues are 6 minutes apart on the central line


Do both venues serve the same menu’s?
Currently Sabine Holborn does not operate the brunch menu.


Are both venues similar?
Both venues have the same designer and management and so whilst Sabine Holborn is smaller than Sabine St. Paul’s it is similar in all other ways


What is the capacity of Sabine St. Paul’s and Sabine Holborn?
Sabine St. Paul’s has a capacity of 250 people currently, from November the 1st it will increase to 330 people. Sabine Holborn has a capacity of 100 people

Are both your venue’s wheelchair accessible?
Sabine Holborn is not wheelchair accessible. Sabine St. Paul’s is fully accessible.

Both venue’s have street access or are accessible via the hotels.


Can you Access both venues via a stairs and elevator?
Both venues can be accessed via stairs and an elevator. Sabine St. Paul’s is located on the 7th floor, and Sabine Holborn is located on the 10th floor.


Where are both venues located?
Sabine St. Paul’s is located on the 7th floor or the Leonardo Royal Hotel London St. Paul’s. Sabine Holborn is located on the 10th floor of the NYX Hotel London Holborn.


What are the busiest times and days for both venues?
