How long is my booking?

Bookings for your rooftop bar experience are currently for two hours.

 

When do you stop serving food?

Our last food orders are taken at 9:45pm.

 

I made a booking but haven’t received a confirmation.

This may be in spam, please double-check your emails. If you have still not received a confirmation email please email SabineStPauls@leonardohotels.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

Can I cancel or move my booking?

Bookings may be cancelled or moved with notice, without compensation. We will aim to provide as much notice as possible but due to the nature of the business and the ability to rent the venue exclusively or partially for events or filming, long periods of notice may not always be possible. 

 

Can I call Sabine Rooftop Bar directly?

To ensure the accuracy of communication and due to the fact that our reservations team and operational teams are not located in the same area, all communication is by email or by using the Design My Night contact features. 

 

If I make a drinks booking, am i still able to order food?

Yes, absolutely.

 

What is the difference between the Green House and The Terrace?

The Green House is our beautiful area complete with retractable roof. The terrace is an uncovered outdoor terrace with amazing views over St Paul’s Cathedral and the London skyline.

 

I’m staying at the hotel. Will there be availability for me?

Sabine Rooftop operates independently from the hotel, so we recommend that all guests pre-book their tables in advance to avoid disappointment.

 

Do you have a waiting list?

We do not currently have a waiting list.

 

Are you taking bookings over 6 people?

Bookings of 1 – 10 guests can be done through the website. Group enquiries start from 11 guests onwards.

 

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Monday -Sunday:
12+ 12-4 pm,
After 4 pm 21+

 

Is there a minimum spend?

Our minimum spend is £50 per person:

  • Sunday to Friday from 18:00

  • Saturday from 12:00

This applies to 2-hour bookings and excludes group bookings, private hire, or semi-private hire options.

 

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual. No sportswear, hoodies, caps and flip flops allowed.

 

How much notice do I need to order a birthday cake?

Please note that due to changes we are now able to offer birthday cakes with 24 hours notice. Though please note 24 hours is the LEAST amount of time required.
